A: No, we only cover for funeral catering services.

A: Add-ons such as serving alcohol are available at an extra charge.

Q: Are there geographic limitations?

A: No, however if you claim outside of Gauteng we’ll release money equivalent to your package.

Q: Does the policy cover supplies needed for the catering, such as food preparation tools and serving utensils?

A: Every cover includes all the supplies required for the catering services.

Q: What is the process for filing a claim, and how quickly are claims typically processed?

A: Claims can be filed by contacting us and providing us with a policy number and valid documents.

Q: Are there any additional fees or hidden costs associated with the packages?

A: No, There are no hidden fees. You pay a once-off administration fee of R200.

Q: What is the process for adjusting coverage or upgrading to a different premium package if needed in the future?

A: You can adjust or upgrade by contacting us, this can only happen after you’ve completed a 6 months waiting period.

Q: How long is the waiting period?

A: 6 months.
